Origins
A platform built for complex scenarios
Developed by Neoplace starting in 2016, Monitor Scopo brought distributed processing, statistical libraries, Big Data and artificial intelligence together in an accessible platform for strategic analysis.
The system works with entities such as organizations, brands, parties or candidacies, turning large volumes of signals into scenario analyses that specialized teams can track and interpret.

How it works
Metadata, projections and scenario simulation
The platform identifies metadata, behavioral patterns and attention factors in groups related to the environment being analyzed. Data is organized into segments and processed through mathematical models, decision trees and probabilistic simulations.
Synthetic personas with characteristics proportional to those of the observed audience can be used to test stimuli and responses in different scenarios. These simulations complement statistical analysis without representing real individuals.

Governance
Aggregate analysis, limitations and responsibility
The methodology described in the reports works with large datasets and aggregate assessments, without profiling individual voters. Operations must comply with applicable legislation, Brazil’s LGPD and electoral rules.
Projections are probabilistic: they support decision-making but do not guarantee an outcome. Human interpretation, context and execution quality remain essential.
