Monitor Scopo and these terms
Monitor Scopo is a web application provided by Neoplace Tecnologias Ltda., located at Av. Sete de Setembro, nº 4698, suite 2201, Curitiba/PR, postal code 80240-000, Brazil. In these terms, “Monitor Scopo” identifies the application and “Neoplace” identifies its provider. Contact: contato@neoplace.com.br.
Monitor Scopo provides a platform as a service (PaaS) for organizing information, consulting sources, tracking indicators, performing AI-assisted analyses and using communication integrations, according to the account’s plan and permissions. These terms apply to the website, application and contracted features. The Monitor Scopo Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed.
Registration, access and account responsibilities
When subscribing to or using Monitor Scopo, you must have legal capacity to accept these conditions and, when representing an organization, authority to act on its behalf. The service is intended for professional users and organizations and is not directed at children.
Keep registration information accurate, protect passwords and credentials, and grant team access only as appropriate to each person’s responsibilities. Do not share individual account credentials. Notify Neoplace if you identify unauthorized access. Each organization is responsible for managing the users it authorizes and the activities carried out under its instructions.
Service provision and usage limits
Access to Monitor Scopo is limited, non-exclusive and subject to the subscription, granted permissions and compliance with these terms. Features, capacity, storage limits, query volumes, communication channels and support depend on the plan or accepted proposal.
The platform may receive fixes and updates. Maintenance, external provider limitations and infrastructure failures may affect availability. Specific commitments concerning availability, support, backups or recovery must be stated in the agreement; these terms do not establish an additional SLA. Changes materially affecting contracted services will be communicated through available channels.
Plans, billing and cancellation
Prices, billing frequency, taxes, limits, any trial periods and renewal conditions are those presented when contracting the service. Third-party services may have their own terms and costs, which must be disclosed where applicable. Nothing on this page changes the amounts in your agreement.
Cancellation may be requested through support channels or account features made available for that purpose. The termination date, amounts due and any refund follow the agreement and rights under applicable legislation. No provision overrides mandatory rights, including consumer rights where applicable.
Acceptable use and protection of third parties
Use Monitor Scopo only for lawful purposes, respecting people’s rights, data protection legislation, applicable electoral rules and the terms of the sources and integrations used. Public availability of information does not authorize unrestricted reuse.
The following are prohibited:
- Accessing accounts or data without authorization, bypassing access controls or interfering with platform security.
- Introducing malware, abusing the service or deliberately exceeding technical limits.
- Sending spam, unlawful messages or misleading, discriminatory content or content violating third-party rights.
- Using personal data or analyses for unlawful discrimination, stalking or other purposes incompatible with the applicable legal basis.
- Reproducing or reselling the service outside the conditions authorized in the agreement.
The organization must ensure a legal basis, transparency and the necessary authorizations for data it registers, imports, queries or uses in messages.
Integrations, including TikTok
Integrations such as TikTok, Google, Facebook, WhatsApp and Telegram depend on the respective provider’s availability, Monitor Scopo’s configuration and permissions granted by the user. They do not imply endorsement or a commercial partnership beyond what is expressly stated.
When available, TikTok login authenticates your Monitor Scopo account using the authorized basic profile. Monitor Scopo does not receive your TikTok password. Login authorization does not authorize publishing videos or accessing private messages. Additional features, if made available, require the corresponding permissions.
You must comply with each provider’s terms and may revoke authorizations in the respective account settings. Revocation may prevent use of the integration and require another way to access Monitor Scopo. Changes, restrictions or outages in external APIs may affect associated features.
Your data, content and intellectual property
You or the respective rights holders retain rights to data and content submitted to Monitor Scopo. Neoplace receives only the authorization needed to host, process and make that material available in providing the service, in accordance with the agreement and Privacy Policy. You must hold the rights and authorizations required for that use.
The software, Monitor Scopo brand and the platform’s own elements belong to Neoplace or its licensors. These terms do not transfer intellectual property in the service. Content from external sources remains subject to its rights holders’ rights.
Information sources and artificial intelligence
Information from external sources may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Automated analyses and AI-generated responses may produce incorrect results, including insufficiently supported inferences.
Evaluate the sources, context and currency of results before using them. The user is responsible for human review and decisions. Monitor Scopo does not guarantee electoral, commercial or strategic results, and its analyses do not replace specialized professional assessment. Use of personal data in analyses remains subject to applicable purposes and legal bases.
Privacy and security
Processing of personal data is described in the Monitor Scopo Privacy Policy. Neoplace and the subscribing organization must fulfill their respective obligations as data processing agents. Specific instructions may be established in the agreement where necessary.
You must configure appropriate permissions, avoid submitting unnecessary data and report incidents or suspected misuse to support. Security measures reduce risks, but no internet-connected service can promise an absolute absence of incidents.
Suspension, termination and data after termination
Access may be limited or suspended for non-payment, unlawful use, a material breach of these terms, security risks or a legal order. Where feasible, Neoplace will explain the reason and allow remediation; immediate risks may require preventive action.
Before termination, ask support about available ways to obtain account data and applicable deadlines. Deletion and any retention of data follow the Privacy Policy, legal obligations and the agreement. Revoking an integration or cancelling a plan does not automatically delete data legitimately held by third parties.
Liability and problem resolution
Each party is responsible for its acts and omissions under applicable legislation. Responsibility for submitted content, processing instructions and use of results must take into account each party’s involvement. Third-party failures will be assessed according to their origin and the legal and contractual duties involved.
These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or restrict mandatory rights of users or data subjects. If a problem arises, contact Neoplace so it can be assessed and resolved.
Changes, governing law and contact
The version and effective date appear at the beginning of this document. Material changes will be communicated through Monitor Scopo channels; renewed acceptance will be requested when required. Specific contractual conditions supplement these terms, subject to applicable legislation.
Brazilian law applies. Judicial jurisdiction will be determined under the applicable legal rules, preserving consumer rights where applicable.
