Monitor Scopo Privacy Policy

How Monitor Scopo processes personal data, what information it uses and how you can exercise your rights. This policy covers the website, web application and integrations.

Version 1.2Effective from:

Who processes your data

Monitor Scopo is a web application provided by Neoplace Tecnologias Ltda., located at Av. Sete de Setembro, nº 4698, suite 2201, Curitiba/PR, postal code 80240-000, Brazil. This Privacy Policy expressly identifies Monitor Scopo and supplements its Terms of Service.

Neoplace acts as controller for processing whose purposes it determines, such as registration, contractual relationship management, support and security. When processing information entered by an organization under its instructions, Neoplace may act as processor; the organization then determines the purpose and legal basis. These roles depend on the actual activity.

Send privacy requests to contato@neoplace.com.br, with the subject “Privacy — Monitor Scopo”. The data protection officer contact provided by Neoplace is giselle@neoplace.com.br.

Data used by Monitor Scopo

Depending on the features used, Monitor Scopo may process:

  • Registration and account data, such as name, email, organization identity, profile image, permissions and authentication information.
  • Contractual information, support records and communications sent to support.
  • Information entered or imported by authorized users, such as contacts, entities, documents and message content.
  • Data from public sources, queried databases and connected providers, including information about entities, publications and indicators.
  • Technical data, such as IP address, access logs, browser, device, error events and activity required for security and operation.
  • Integration identifiers and authorization credentials, limited to the features and permissions used.

Do not submit third-party data without a legitimate purpose and appropriate legal basis. Publicly available data may also be personal data and remains legally protected.

Purposes and legal bases

Monitor Scopo uses data to authenticate users, deliver contracted features, manage accounts and teams, perform requested integrations, provide support, protect the platform and fulfill legal obligations. Analysis features organize and interpret information according to their purpose and authorized access.

The legal basis depends on the processing: performance of a contract or procedures requested by the data subject; compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation; regular exercise of rights; legitimate interests, where applicable and accompanied by an assessment of the data subject’s rights; or consent where necessary.

Reading this policy or simply browsing does not constitute blanket consent to all processing. Where consent is the applicable basis, it must be specific and may be withdrawn without invalidating processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.

Sign in with TikTok

When you choose to sign in to Monitor Scopo with TikTok, authorization takes place within TikTok. Login uses the user.info.basic permission to receive the authorized account identifier (open_id), display name and profile image. Access tokens validate that authorization and establish the Monitor Scopo session.

These data identify your account, authenticate access and display your profile. TikTok’s basic profile does not provide Monitor Scopo with your email address. Monitor Scopo does not receive your TikTok password, and basic login does not grant access to private messages, contacts or video publishing.

You may revoke Monitor Scopo access in TikTok’s connected apps and services settings. To request deletion of data held by Monitor Scopo, email contato@neoplace.com.br with the subject “TikTok data deletion — Monitor Scopo” and sufficient account identification. Do not send passwords or tokens. Revocation may require another login method and does not replace a deletion request. TikTok’s processing follows its own privacy policy.

Sign in with Google

When you choose to sign in to Monitor Scopo with Google, authentication takes place within Google. Login uses identity and profile permissions (openid, profile and email) to receive the account identifier, name, profile image and email address, as made available by Google. Identity and access tokens validate authorization and establish your Monitor Scopo session.

These data identify or create your account, authenticate access and display your profile. Monitor Scopo does not receive your Google password. Login alone does not authorize reading Gmail, Google Drive files or calendars. Other connected features require their own authorization and the permissions shown by the provider.

Review or revoke Monitor Scopo in your Google Account’s third-party connections. To request deletion of data held by Monitor Scopo, email contato@neoplace.com.br with the subject “Google data deletion — Monitor Scopo” and sufficient account identification. Do not send passwords or tokens. Revocation may require another login method and does not replace a deletion request. Google’s processing follows the Google Privacy Policy.

Sign in with Facebook

When you choose to sign in to Monitor Scopo with Facebook, authentication takes place within Meta’s Facebook environment. Login uses the public profile and email permission to receive the account identifier, name, profile image and, when available and authorized, email address. Facebook may not share the email address. Access tokens and their validity validate authorization and establish your Monitor Scopo session.

These data identify or create your account, authenticate access and display your profile. Monitor Scopo does not receive your Facebook password. Basic login does not grant access to private messages, friends lists, page management or publishing content. Other connected features require their own authorization and the permissions shown by the provider.

Review or remove Monitor Scopo in the apps and websites area of Facebook settings. To request deletion of data held by Monitor Scopo, email contato@neoplace.com.br with the subject “Facebook data deletion — Monitor Scopo” and sufficient account identification. Do not send passwords or tokens. Removing the connection may require another login method and does not replace a deletion request. Meta’s processing follows the Meta Privacy Policy.

Other integrations and communication

When connecting Google, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram or another available service, information may be received or sent to perform the requested function within the granted permissions. This may include account identifiers, selected contacts, message content and metadata or connected-feature data.

An organization using communication channels must determine the purpose, legal basis and authorized recipients. Providers have their own policies and terms. Disconnecting an integration may stop the corresponding feature; data already delivered to the provider remains subject to its applicable rules.

Sensitive data, artificial intelligence and children

Political opinions, party affiliation and other categories under the LGPD may constitute sensitive personal data. Public availability does not remove data protection obligations. Use requires a legal basis specifically applicable to sensitive data, necessity, purpose limitation and measures proportionate to risk; legitimate interests are not a legal basis for sensitive data.

AI features may process the data needed for the requested analysis, including through technology providers involved in delivering the service. Results may contain errors and require human assessment before decisions affecting people. Data subjects may request information and review of decisions based solely on automated processing where applicable.

Monitor Scopo is not directed at children. If you identify improperly processed data concerning a child or adolescent, contact the privacy channel for assessment and action, taking their best interests into account.

Sharing and international transfers

Data may be shared as necessary with hosting, storage, infrastructure, security, support and AI providers, selected integrations and the subscribing organization’s authorized users. Authorities and advisers may receive data where there is a legal obligation, valid order or legitimate need to defend rights.

Suppliers or infrastructure abroad may involve international transfers. In those cases, the mechanisms and safeguards required by the LGPD and ANPD regulations must be observed. Simply using Monitor Scopo does not authorize unrestricted transfers. Contact the privacy channel for information about providers and destinations involved in particular processing.

Retention and deletion

Retention periods vary with the data category, purpose, contractual relationship, organization’s instructions and legal obligations. Account and service data are retained while there is a purpose and legal basis. Afterwards, data must be deleted or anonymized, subject to legitimate retention grounds such as legal obligations and the regular exercise of rights.

Application access logs are subject to a statutory six-month retention period where Article 15 of Brazil’s Internet Civil Rights Framework applies, without prejudice to valid preservation orders. Backups and security logs follow their own retention cycles and access restrictions. There is no single 30-day period for all data.

Ask the privacy channel about the period applicable to your situation, deletion or account closure. Any legal impediment to deletion will be explained with the relevant grounds.

Security and incidents

Data protection involves authentication and access controls, permission separation, technical logs and security measures appropriate to the risks and services used. Users must also protect credentials and properly manage team access.

No environment is entirely risk-free. In an incident, Neoplace will assess the effects and take appropriate measures, including notifying data subjects and the ANPD in the circumstances and within the deadlines required by applicable regulations. Report concerns to contato@neoplace.com.br.

Cookies, local storage and metrics

Monitor Scopo uses session and storage mechanisms for authentication, security, preferences and feature operation. Your browser lets you inspect, block or delete cookies and local data; blocking essential mechanisms may prevent login or other features.

Matomo metrics are activated only after authorization in the cookie notice. The notice appears on the homepage and sign-in page while authorization has not been recorded in that browser. A choice made on the homepage also applies when accessing sign-in. You may clear site data to display the notice again and stop authorizing metrics. Simply continuing to browse does not replace a choice where consent is required.

The recorded preference is shared across the website and application wherever metrics are enabled. External services reached through links have their own policies.

Your rights and how to exercise them

Under the LGPD, as applicable, you may request:

  • Confirmation of processing and access to data.
  • Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated information.
  • Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary, excessive or unlawfully processed data.
  • Portability, subject to regulations and protection of third-party rights.
  • Information about sharing and the possibility and consequences of withholding consent.
  • Withdrawal of consent, deletion of data processed on that basis and objection to processing in legally permitted circumstances.
  • Review of exclusively automated decisions affecting your interests and information about the criteria used, while preserving legally protected secrets.

Send your request to contato@neoplace.com.br, indicating your relationship with Monitor Scopo, your request and a contact method. We may request only the information needed to confirm your identity and protect third-party data. Do not send your password.

Requests will be assessed within applicable statutory deadlines. Where the subscribing organization is the controller, the request may be forwarded to it with Neoplace’s support. You may also contact the National Data Protection Authority and other competent bodies.
